Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Processing time is 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 7–11 business days depending on location.

How will I receive my tracking details?

Your tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. If it’s not in your inbox, feel free to check your spam or reach out — we’ll happily assist.

Can I make changes to my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update it for you. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and request.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

To begin a return, contact us through email with your order details.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If the item is available, we’ll arrange an exchange — otherwise, we’ll offer store credit or a refund.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll take care of you from there.
How do I care for my By Mara pieces?
To help your pieces last beautifully:

Cold gentle machine wash or hand wash

Mild detergent only

Dry flat or hang in shade

Do not tumble dry

Steam or low-heat iron if needed
