What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags attached. Once approved, you may request a refund, exchange, or store credit.

You can access our returns portal via the Returns page on our website. If you need help locating it, just email us  we’ll send you a direct link.

How do I log my return?

3.Select the item(s) you’d like to return

4.Choose your preferred return method

Can I change my return request?
If your parcel hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to adjust your request. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs may apply, depending on your location and the reason for return. Faulty or incorrect items are always covered by us.
I received a faulty item — what should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the fault

Your order number

Any packaging photos (if damaged)
We’ll make it right straight away.
I’ve received an incorrect item
We’re so sorry! Email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take an additional few days to show the funds.
